Angsana Real de La Quinta marks the Spanish debut of Banyan Tree Group, one of the world's leading independent hospitality groups, under its Angsana brand. Located in the Mediterranean town of Benahavís near Marbella, within the 200-hectare Real de La Quinta country club resort, the development — under an MOU with La Quinta Real Estate Group — will include a boutique hotel, branded residences, apartments and commercial spaces, designed by OBMI with interiors that honour the wooded slopes of the Sierra de las Nieves and an Andalusian courtyard setting. Published renders show hotel-serviced branded residences with views over the resort's golf course and the sea beyond. The project is in development, with pricing and unit details on application; it joins St. Regis (Casares) and Four Seasons (Río Real) as the Costa del Sol's hotel-branded residential pipeline.
