Armani Residences Marbella

Armani Residences Marbella is the Armani Group’s first branded residences project in Spain, announced in Milan on 11 May 2026 in partnership with developer Sierra Blanca Estates and Palya Assets, the investment vehicle of entrepreneur Abel Matutes and Rafael Nadal. The project will deliver 33 residences on a 50,000 m² estate — one of the last large privately held plots on the Golden Mile, the coastal strip connecting Marbella to Puerto Banús — with homes ranging from 250 to 800 m², fully designed and furnished by the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio. Owners will enjoy a full spa, gym, private club and 24-hour concierge service. Permits are approved; construction is scheduled to begin in June 2026 with completion expected in 2028, at a total investment of around €200 million.
