Design Hills by Dolce&Gabbana

Design Hills by Dolce&Gabbana is the Italian fashion house's first residential development in Europe, developed by Sierra Blanca Estates on a 90,000 m² estate on Marbella's Golden Mile, next to Puente Romano. The project comprises 92 luxury residences across five buildings, ranging from 280 to 900 m² and fully furnished with the Dolce&Gabbana Casa collection. Published pricing starts at approximately €4.8M for apartments, €6.95M for ground-floor homes and €7.7M for penthouses, with delivery expected in 2027. The amenity programme is the most extensive of any branded development in Marbella: a members' club, adults-only infinity pool, pool club with gelato truck, basketball court, boxing rings, indoor soccer, kids' club, spa, hairdressers, gourmet restaurants and 24-hour concierge. The scheme pre-sold over €250 million before breaking ground.
