Four Seasons Private Residences Marbella represents one of the largest hotel-backed residential investments in Southern Europe. Spanning over 320,000 m² of coastal land at El Pinar, Río Real, on Marbella's eastern side, the master plan — developed by Immobel and Fortuner Group and designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Meier — encompasses 136 private residences and 40 standalone luxury villas alongside a five-star Four Seasons hotel. Delivery is planned in phases starting from 2029. The resort will feature two private beach clubs, an international dining village and hotel-serviced property management, setting a new benchmark for global hospitality brands on the Costa del Sol.
