The St. Regis Residences, Casares

The St. Regis Residences, Casares – Costa del Sol is the first branded residence development from St. Regis in Spain, developed by Caledonian (with investing partner Harbert Management Corporation) within the acclaimed Finca Cortesin resort estate, between Marbella and Sotogrande. Construction began in May 2025 on a €150 million investment. The project comprises 46 residences of two to four bedrooms and 270–590 m², including ground-floor homes and penthouses with private pools, designed by Marcio Kogan’s Studio MK27 with interiors by Lázaro Rosa-Violán and landscape by Isabel Duprat. Owners enjoy the St. Regis Butler Service plus a 1,250 m² wellness centre with spa, gym, yoga and Pilates studios, heated pools, wine cellar and private cinema. Prices range from €2.4 million to €7.5 million, with the first owners expected to move in around two years after construction start. All information per Caledonian and idealista/news (May 2025).
