Tierra Viva by Automobili Lamborghini

Set into the hillsides of Benahavís, Tierra Viva marks Automobili Lamborghini's first residential venture in continental Europe. Developed by Dar Global with design co-created by Lamborghini Centro Stile, the enclave features 53 individual luxury villas divided into three tiers — Esmeralda (4 bedrooms), Zafiro (5 bedrooms) and Diamante (6 bedrooms) — each with direct car access, rooftop swimming pools, infinity pools and elevated views of the Mediterranean coastline. Early phases launched from approximately €3.6M, with recent availability reported from around €8.4M to €12.25M depending on type and current pricing on application. The homes showcase sharp exterior contours, hexagonal geometry and supercar-inspired interior details, with private car elevators and rooftop entertainment decks. Completion is targeted for 2027.
