Dolce&Gabbana, Karl Lagerfeld, Fendi Casa, Armani, Versace Home, Bentley Home and Elie Saab — all building on one coastline. Inside the fashion houses reshaping Marbella's Golden Mile.

Marbella's Golden Mile: The World's Densest Fashion-Branded Residence Address

There is no comparable corridor in European real estate. The Golden Mile — the coastal strip connecting Marbella town to Puerto Banús — is now home to branded residence projects from Dolce&Gabbana, Karl Lagerfeld, Fendi Casa, Armani, Versace Home and Bentley Home, with Elie Saab completing the couture map in the adjoining hills of Cascada de Camoján.

One developer sits at the centre of the story: Sierra Blanca Estates, the only developer in Spain to have delivered two major fashion-house residential collaborations in a single cycle — and now pursuing a third.

Design Hills by Dolce&Gabbana — The Statement

Dolce&Gabbana's first residential development in Europe: 92 furnished residences across five buildings on a 90,000 m² Golden Mile estate next to Puente Romano, sized from 280 to 900 m², every home dressed in the Dolce&Gabbana Casa collection. Published pricing starts around €4.8M (apartments), €6.95M (ground floors) and €7.7M (penthouses), with delivery expected in 2027. The amenity programme is the coast's most extensive — members' club, adults-only infinity pool, basketball court, boxing rings, indoor soccer, spa, gourmet restaurants and 24-hour concierge. The scheme pre-sold over €250 million before breaking ground.

EPIC Marbella by Fendi Casa — The Proof

Fashion-branded living on the Golden Mile is no longer theoretical. EPIC, Sierra Blanca Estates' 56-home Fendi Casa tower adjacent to Design Hills, was delivered in 2024 — and resale values have roughly doubled since launch, reaching up to ~€20,000/m². For buyers who want the branded product they can walk through today, EPIC is the market's reference point, with entry now mainly via resale.

Karl Lagerfeld Villas — The Scarcity

Five standalone estates of 1,000–1,200 m², from approximately €15M, completion late 2026. The late designer's language runs through every metre: geometric purity, monochrome palettes inspired by his Paris studio, glass, dark timber and reflective metals, with full smart-home automation.

Armani Residences — The Confirmation

Announced in Milan in May 2026: 33 residences, fully designed and furnished by the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio, on one of the last large private estates of the Golden Mile — a €200 million project developed with Sierra Blanca Estates and Palya Assets, the vehicle of Rafael Nadal and Abel Matutes Prats. Construction began June 2026, delivery is expected 2028, and launch pricing starts around €4.75M. That the most architecturally rigorous of the three fashion brands chose this corridor confirms what the market has been signalling: the Golden Mile is now in a category of its own in European luxury.

The Boutique Chapter: Versace Home and Bentley Home

Two eight-unit schemes extend the story into its most boutique expression. Ocho de Oro by Versace Home (Nueva Andalucía, at the foot of La Concha) offers eight bespoke villas of ~1,100 m² on 2,000+ m² plots, with the Greca, Medusa and Barocco motifs integrated throughout, private spas, indoor and outdoor cinemas and pools — reported from around €11.5–12M, delivery 2028. AÍDA, furnished by Bentley Home — from the same developer, RGZ, with the Luxury Living Group — brings British automotive craft to eight Golden Mile residences near Puente Romano, with pricing on application.

How to Read the Cluster

The Golden Mile's concentration is structural, not cyclical: scarcity of prime land, a proven resale record (EPIC), and a developer ecosystem capable of working with the most demanding maisons in the world. For buyers, the practical consequence is choice — villas from Karl Lagerfeld or Elie Saab, apartments from D&G or Armani, boutique craft from Versace or Bentley — all within minutes of Puerto Banús.
