Bugatti Residences by Binghatti

<p>Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is the world's first residential project created in collaboration with the legendary French hypercar manufacturer, launched officially in May 2023 at Dubai's Coca-Cola Arena. Located in Business Bay directly adjacent to Zaha Hadid's The Opus, the 48-storey, 200-metre tower comprises 182 branded units: 171 'Riviera Mansions' (two-bedroom Cannes, three-bedroom St Tropez and four-bedroom Monaco layouts) crowned by 11 'Sky Mansion' penthouses reached by private car lifts.</p><p>The hyper-form façade, inspired by the fluid contours of Bugatti's supercars, conceals a Riviera-inspired artificial beach on the podium with sand and palm trees, private pools on selected terraces, and interior finishes specified in Solalite blue marble, Calacatta gold and fluted tan wood. At launch the project set a Dubai record for off-plan price per square foot (AED 9.67k), and in December 2025 a penthouse sold for AED 550 million — the highest penthouse price ever recorded in Dubai and the Middle East. Celebrity owners include Neymar Jr., Andrea Bocelli and Aymeric Laporte.</p><p>Bugatti Residences is developed by Binghatti, one of Dubai's most prolific luxury developers, and is expected to complete in Q3 2027.</p>
