About This Property

Couture by Cavalli is DAMAC's most theatrical statement on the Dubai Water Canal: a tower of three to five bedroom apartments and six bedroom penthouses where every interior carries the Roberto Cavalli name. The Italian house, founded in 1970, is not licensing a logo here but designing the full residence, and DAMAC's ownership of the Cavalli brand through its group structure gives the project an unusually deep brand integration. When Marquee Brands took a majority stake in Roberto Cavalli in 2026, the group confirmed it would continue scaling Cavalli-branded residences with DAMAC at the helm.

The scale of the homes is the first thing that separates Couture from the rest of the branded market. Three bedroom apartments run up to roughly 6,700 square feet, five bedrooms stretch beyond 7,700, and the six bedroom penthouses sit at the very top of Dubai's family-apartment segment. These are villa-sized layouts stacked into a waterfront tower, with wide terraces looking over the canal and Safa Park.

The amenity set is deliberately grown-up: a cigar lounge, a clubhouse designed for private events, a rooftop pool over the canal and a swimmable lagoon at the base. It reads less like a resort and more like a private club, which is consistent with the buyer profile DAMAC is chasing.

Location-wise the address is hard to argue with. The tower stands on the Dubai Water Canal beside Safa Park, which puts Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Jumeirah all within a short drive, and City Walk and Box Park within walking distance. The developer markets it as five minutes to the city's key hubs, and the geography backs that claim.

The developer's 60/40 payment plan covers 60 percent during construction and 40 percent at handover, scheduled for the second quarter of 2027, with some later-phase units completing into 2028. Prices start from around AED 16.5 million for a three bedroom, which positions Couture squarely against Palm Jumeirah and District One villas rather than against other branded apartments. For buyers who want Cavalli's maximalist glamour with a canal-front address and genuine interior pedigree, this is currently the only tower in Dubai that delivers it.
