ICONIC Residences Design by Pininfarina is the project that answers a simple question: what happens when the studio that shaped Ferrari's silhouettes turns its hand to a Dubai tower? Developer MERED, a Dubai-based luxury developer building its flagship on the city's tech spine, brought in Pininfarina for the full scope, architecture and interiors, and the result is a G+66 tower set to be the tallest building in Dubai Internet City, five minutes by car from Palm Jumeirah.

Forty floors up, the sky amenities on levels 39 and 40 put an infinity pool, spa, lounge and bar against a panorama that takes in the Palm and the open sea. Parking gets the same treatment: 433 spaces including eighteen private VIP boxes with air conditioning and EV charging.

The location is the quiet argument for the project. Dubai Internet City hosts the regional headquarters of global technology companies, which keeps the area's rental demand steadier than the purely tourist districts, and the tower sits minutes from Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Sheikh Zayed Road, with Downtown about twenty-five minutes away. Sea views come as a design feature, not a lottery of orientation.

For investors, MERED packages the practical side: purchases above the Golden Visa threshold secure a 10-year UAE residency for the family, and mortgage financing of up to half the property value is open even to non-residents with international income, at rates advertised between 3.75 and 4.59 percent subject to bank approval. Prices start from AED 3.5 million. In a Dubai market crowded with fashion-brand residences, an Italian design house with a ninety-year pedigree is a different kind of badge on the building, and for buyers who want that badge with a Palm Jumeirah address at a fraction of Palm prices, ICONIC is one of the more coherent offers on the board.
