About This Property
Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai is the project that closes a twenty-year loop. The Trump Organization first tried to build on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah in 2005 with Nakheel, and the credit crunch buried that version in 2011. In April 2025 Eric Trump announced the return, this time with DarGlobal, the London-listed developer from the Dar Al Arkan group, as master developer, and with a site on Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai instead of the Palm.
The numbers are big without being absurd for 2026 Dubai. Eighty floors, roughly 350 meters, a development value of about one billion dollars, and a completion date of December 2031, which makes it one of the longest-dated handovers in the current market. Construction has actually started rather than staying in the render phase: DarGlobal has appointed Edrafor for enabling works and Gulf Asia Contracting for the podium, so the project now clears monthly milestones visible from the road.
The residential mix runs from one, two and three bedroom apartments to four bedroom duplex penthouses, with sizes spanning 109 to 722 square meters. Sales partners list one bedrooms from about AED 2.8 million, three and four bedrooms in the AED 4 to 5 million range and up, and penthouses from roughly AED 70 million. Buyers are promised a golden visa route with each apartment, and DarGlobal confirmed that Bitcoin is accepted for residential purchases, a detail that generated as many headlines as the tower itself.
The offer is a full Trump stack: a Trump Hotel, branded residences with hotel service, and The Trump, a members-only club, stacked into one address on the city's main artery. It is the third collaboration between DarGlobal and the Trump Organization in the Gulf, after Trump Tower Jeddah and the Trump International Oman, and the first Trump-branded hotel property in the UAE.
For the branded-residence market the project is a test of how far a political mega-brand travels in a market that already has Cavalli, Bugatti and Baccarat towers under construction. Five years from delivery, the entry price under three million dirhams makes it one of the cheapest ways into a global luxury brand name in Dubai, while the penthouse tier positions it against the top of the market. The bet buyers are making is simple: that the brand and the Sheikh Zayed Road address will age well together.
