VELA Viento, Dorchester Collection

<p>VELA Viento is the second chapter of OMNIYAT's Dorchester Collection masterplan on Marasi Bay, following the sold-out VELA. Meaning 'sail' and 'wind', the tower is designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by the iconic French duo Gilles & Boissier, and every residence is serviced and managed by Dorchester Collection — the group behind London's most famous hotel addresses.</p><p>The 95 residences comprise 60 Viento Residences (two to three bedrooms, 2,792–5,380 sq. ft.), three Sky Bridge Duplexes of 10,235 sq. ft., 31 Horizon Residences (three to four bedrooms from 3,511 sq. ft.) perched 100 metres in the sky, and a single 20,841 sq. ft. Celestial Penthouse with terraces and private pools framing views of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Double-height voids, floor-to-ceiling windows and biophilic terraces define the interiors; completion is targeted for Q3 2027.</p>
